Let’s be Honest Here

Okay, so it’s pretty clear from the pictures this is now just about us eating. I am perfectly okay with that. The Midwest, with its copious amount of cattle and the epicenter of the country’s cheese production is just the place for it. Let’s talk for a minute about Wisconsin cheese curds. These velvety, elysian nubbins are a perfect cross betwixt cheese and butter. They are the coagulations of Canaan. They are the nipples of angels. Now what if someone had the sheer motherpunching cojones to bread and deep fry these bad boys? Culver’s does that and more. Let’s talk for a minute about the Butter Burger. Fresh, never frozen beef, Wisconsin cheddar and a big ol’ glob of butter seared into the bun. I felt it in my Netherlands, it was so goddamn good. But what if someone with insight, someone with tenacity – some visionary with the unmitigated, cockjobbing ingenuity to optimally combine cheese and burger and craft, perhaps, the perfect handheld device came along? Let’s talk for a minute about the Jucy Lucy. I need you to focus here people. This is a regional delicacy and is exclusive to the Twin lovehumping Cities. The cheese is in the burger. Take some time to digest that. Now it can’t be just any cheese. It takes some finesse. Don’t go off half-cocked injecting beef patties with pepper jack thinking you’re Sanjay tittyloving Gupta. Don’t be a hero. One bite and this bad magumbo oozes like a prisoner shanked in the shower. If you’re not careful it’ll be gone before you realize it. That’s like a metaphor for life. Let’s talk about that.
But only for a minute.
